We're committed to delivering an exceptional, transformational experience for your family. Because this is a live, hands on event with limited capacity and significant advance preparation, we've structured our policy to be fair to both families and our team.
Participate fully and don't feel you received value?
We'll refund 100% of your registration, no questions asked. Simply let us know within 7 days of the event, and we'll process your full refund immediately. Your family's satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are available minus any processing fees charged by our payment processor.
24+ hours before the event:
We offer free, one-time transfers to any future Family Vision Experience date (subject to availability). Simply email us at events@juliamyers.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled event, and we'll move your registration. No penalties, no hassle.
Less than 24 hours before the event or no-show:
No refunds available. Your investment secures your family's reserved capacity, customized materials, and our preparation time. All event materials and resources will be provided to you so you can still benefit from the frameworks.
If we need to cancel or reschedule the event for any reason (including insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances):
We'll notify you as soon as possible—typically at least 14 days in advance—and work with you to find the best solution for your family.
