Following a life-changing medical event that led to her medical retirement from pharmacy in 2022 and full transition out of healthcare in 2024, Julia founded Generational Wisdom. Through her proprietary Generational Wisdom™ system, she helps families create shared values and clear expectations that prevent entitlement and foster enduring legacies.

Julia Myers began her journey as a Division 1 athlete in springboard and platform diving while earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wyoming in 2007. She launched her career in Phoenix, Arizona, where she established a pioneering HIV clinical practice care model as a community pharmacist.
After seven years in the corporate healthcare world, Julia transitioned to the University of Missouri Health Care system in 2012 to assume broader leadership roles. While at MUHC, Julia established a pharmacy technician career ladder, Community Pharmacy Residency Program and Mizzou Specialty Pharmacy Services department. She further enhanced her expertise by completing an Executive MBA focused on Health Care Leadership from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville in 2018.
Recognized for her outstanding impact, Julia was honored in the COMO Times Class of 20 under 40 in 2021 for outstanding community impact around medication affordability. Dr Myers is published in the American Journal of Health System Pharmacy , reinforcing her credibility across healthcare and leadership.
Following a life-changing medical event in 2022, Julia medically retired from practicing pharmacy, marking a pivotal turning point that inspired her to channel her passion into entrepreneurship.
